If you are wondering why AGP is not one of the categories in the computer video card section it is because my audience has deemed it to be irrelevant. Many new technologies are coming out and AGP is old news and will not keep up with the majority of the computer programs out today. so I deem this the end of the AGP era on Computer Parts Review.
You may have noticed that I do not speak of TV tuners and computer parts like that. I really don't have much of an interest with them. The most important thing is that the price of having this computer processor in your computer is low cost. You will get amazing performance and it won’t cost you a pretty penny. Pretty pennies are even harder to let go of these days. When you see a great thing like this you can’t let it slip by until prices rise and the next big thing comes out at a not so great price! You won't be seeing those in my cheap video cards section of my video card reviews.
Things to Look for
When buying a new computer video card it is best to look at a variety of video card reviews before you make your ultimate decision. You must take factors into play that will help your computer using experience. What do you use it for it is the most important thing. You could be playing games, building websites, designing software, producing large multimedia formats or just churning away data that any server could do without any graphics.
When you are thinking about games you want to know how many cores there are, what speed and size the computer RAM is on the video card, bus speed, DirectX capability and any other special technologies that the card may have (ie.. SLI, Crossfire). If you are just getting started you will want to stick with the size and speed of the RAM and the bus speed. These factors will the be the basis for what you will need to play your games. Your game will show specifications of what it has to be as well.
I mean you can get up to a GDDDR5 at the moment and I don’t even have a real need for that at the moment, but next year I will. Yet again, I will have to build another top shelf computer from scratch again. I will make sure I video record it and post it on the website for your viewing pleasure when it happens.
The rest of the technology your computer video card will have is pretty much up to you. Only you will know if it will be useful and will need it unlike video card reviews. You will need all the RAM you can get for multimedia production, but not so much for designing software and Folding. You can get my drift. I build my websites on a minimalist machine that doesn’t soak up much energy and is very quiet. I do this because its all the machine is for and it is dedicated because I am using it all the time. Electricity isn’t cheap these days you know!

Computer video card are just like any other computer part that you buy. Even more important they are like anything else you buy. You trust brand names because they provide you quality and a sense of relief because you know and trust them. I have researched and test many brands myself and have a list of companies that you can trust if you already don’t.
