Overview
On all the platforms that this has been introduced too it has provide great
performance and overclockability to its users. It quickly became a mainstay
within the marketplace when it was produced and dropped into the perfect price
range for performance and price. This pretty much makes it a best overall in
my book!
You may be surprised of how much power you can get from the DDR3 ram that is
available. Today you can get GDDR5 and it will blow it out of the water, but
they both are capable of playing the same games. For those of you with the
20/20 vision the 2560x1600 resolution will make your games even clearer so you
will be able to make sheer responsive movements by seeing something move within
a couple pixels.
The 3 way SLI within the Geforce 9800 GTX showed up in the
video card reviews as a great way to
increase the graphical performance of your computer without buying a brand
new computer motherboard. Inserting 2 or 3 computer graphcs cards is amazing
and if your computer power supply has enough power (750 watts +) and you
are able to cool this puppy down then you will have it made!
Price
You can buy the Geforce 9800 GTX for around $140 dollars right now. The price
will continue to drop, but so will the performance capabilities it will be
able to give you. So jump in now before it is too late.
