Overview
The ECS G31T-M
review shows this to be a very stable computer motherboard a large majority of the time. It can easily handle the clock speeds under regular work
loads with problems. However, about 2-5% of the time you may receive a DOA device. This happens on every computer motherboard, but this one might
be a little higher than some of the newer ones these days. Most of the time it is overclockers trying to get their money back for something they
did wrong themselves.
The computer ram of the ECS G31T-M is ok for this micro atx motherboard. It is even smaller than most micro atx computer motherboards because it
doesn't have too much too it. It does take your Intel Core 2 dual core and offer you some very good speed, but with 4gb of DDR2 800 ram you can only
get as far as the front door when it comes to usable speed. I did fine with 4gb of DDR2 800 computer ram in my old dell back in 2004, but you
might want to invest in something that will work for you.
The ECS G31T-M review has the making of a great budget computer motherboard, but you may not want to push it too far when it comes to overclocking
or using it for high end gaming or graphical design. It will lack in computer ram basically and their is nothing you can do about that. The computer
cpu is not the best, but dual core should be able to do what most people need their computers for.
Price
You can purchase the ECS G31T-M
for around $45 from an online retailer. You will not find this at a local retailer and it is slowly falling out of lists online so get this
one while it is still around!
