The Corsair 1GB PC2 5300 review is another example of a great inexpensive computer memory ram for upgrading your old computer system. I was quite surprised to see that Corsair was beat out by a more stable and better performing Kingston.

Overview

The Corsair 1GB PC2 5300 review shows to be a close or better computer ram memory when it comes to overclockability and performance, but by making these specifications they made themself a little unstable. If you work within the fine lines you will find this to be a better value than the Kingston 1gb PC2 5300 that I graded as number 1.

Besides the great cas latency and timing their is not much of a difference. You may think a $3 dollar price increase is great for these specifications and it is. I just think Corsair could have done a little better when they made this gaming ddr ram.

You can purchase the Corsair 1GB PC2 5300 for around $28 at an online retailer. You will not find this at a local retailer, but you may find the Kingston version if you are lucky.
