The Arctic Cooling Freezer pro 7 shows that this is the best cpu heatsink you will see around. Not just from sheer power, but because of its ability to cool down a computer cpu with incredible ease. It has been known to drop temps as much as 20 degrees Celcius. However, I think the average is around 10-15 Celcicus. My cpu cooler review shows other good cpu coolers as well.

Despite this amazing cooling ability it is very quiet. It's unique design that points the heatsink fans straight up and allows the heatsink fan to blow over them as the heat escapes upward. You may have fan give up on you after a while, but it is easily replaced by the manufacturer or yourself with the same results

The price of the cpu cooler is truly great for the amount of performance it will give to your computer cpu. People will spend well over $300 to buy a watercooling pc system to get near these levels of cooling, but you can get it for at a fraction of the price!
